Let's do a thought experiment.
Imagine I am the superintendant of a large public school district.
Imagine I find out that a male teacher has been sexually molesting dozens of children, boys and girls, for the last ten years.
I don't report him to the police. Instead, I take him out of that school, and put him into a different school in my same school district, and I hush it up. I feel that I need to protect the reputation of my school district.
Furthermore, I do the same thing with 25 other child-molesting pedophiles in my school district...
Got the picture? What would think of me then? What should happen to me? You probably think I should be put in jail for concealing a felony, and aiding and abetting felons.
Then what do you say of the current Pope, who has done exactly this? Feel free to comment...

There are no such thing as atheists...
This is something I heard recently from a christian. This position comes from the religionists' complete inability to concieve that their belief is false. People who say this imagine that the atheist is really a true believer who is 'angry' at god.
Not only do I emphatically argue that there are true atheists- people who reject religion for lack of credible evidence and rationality-- but I'll go further than that. I'll state that there are no real Christians.
The only thing I've seen that comes close true Christianity in this country are the snake handlers of the Appalachian Mountains (and their practices have been outlawed by their fellow christians because so many of them die).
A true Christian will handle poisonous snakes, drink poisonous liquids, sell everything they have and give the money to the poor, abandon their families in order to follow their religion, kill people who work on the sabbath, kill disobedient children, kill practicing homosexuals, kill anyone (including their own spouse and child) who attempts to convert them to a different religion, refuse to use doctors or modern medicine, and I could go on and on.
